About the Role


Join a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality OT services to a mixed caseload of NDIS participants across the Townsville region. This is a community-based position, giving you the opportunity to work closely with clients in their homes, schools, and community settings.

You'll enjoy a healthy blend of independence and collaborative support, with the ability to work from home for reporting, documentation, and planning.

✔ $90,000 - $110,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver functional assessments and therapeutic interventions
• Support a diverse range of NDIS participants with varying needs
• Develop tailored treatment plans to enhance daily living and independence
• Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied health colleagues
• Maintain accurate records and reporting (with the flexibility to do this from home)

About You

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent)
• AHPRA registration (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Commitment to client-centred, evidence-based practice
• Current driver's licence
